The Client was Oscar Graves, who went into a existing unit on Duke St D2, we had to shell and core the unit, lined out the walls, installed colored glass panels over sheets of brass to give the effect at all joint and skirting and ceiling level, including hidden rooms back of house, full electrical rewire including strip lighting to bulkhead and center piece. Building upgraded and now fully air conditioned the floor we reclaimed sanded and varnished to bring it back to its former glory. The project took four weeks and came in on time and on budget working closely with Stephen O Shea of Oppermann Architects.
