Fit out to SIGs Irish head office 1200m2 fitout.

Whitethorn, Feltrim Rd, Kinsealy is a new housing development of 15 houses. We completed this project over 18 months, building 4 different house types, of 3 and 4 bed, mid-range homes. We financed this entire project with Castle Haven. The overall meterage of all the new homes is 2000m2.

We upgraded the acoustics in 90 meeting rooms a 300k projected we
completed in 7 days.

We upgraded a existing office by, altering the layout of partitions and glazed partitions installing ecophon baffles.

BNP 3rd floor, 5 Georges dock 600m2 office fitout completed for BNP in there own office, we als have altered several areas of the building over the last few years

Fonua, a large warehouse with 600m2 of office area we completed this office fitout on time and on budget.

Cummings another large fitout where we had to add a additional 500m2 of floor area to an existing building.
