Flyefit Ranelagh

Demolished the old Night Owls club and made it into a 1200m2 fully air conditioned gym.

Flyefit Baggot Street

At 1450m2 including a 200m2 extension, this was a challenging project, the building was made up of 3 floors with a live Tesco’s on the ground floor, the building was structurally unsuitable for a GYM but with the help of a great engineer we were able to upgrade and fit out the entire building with no disruption to Tesco.

Flyefit Macken

A 1950m2 Gym, a big ware house from the 1920s, we
removed the existing concrete floor slab and put in a
new power floated floor throughout including fitout.

Flyefit Swords

A 2400m2 fitout across 3 floors of relatively new building, and included some structural works and complete fitout.

Flyefit Georges Street

1900m2, another challenging project, the building was made up of 5 buildings including two churches and a 260m2 extension.

Flyefit Portobello

1900m2. This building was the old Garda Social Club
made up of three buildings, on this project we worked
closely with Conservation Architect Rosanne Walker
repairing all cornice, lime ceilings, centrepieces and
all original features of the building.
